Colva Beach, Goa

The Colva beach is the white sand beach located in the south Goa, ranked as world largest beach which is of around 30 kilometers. 20 kilometers of the beach is along Arabian Sea and 10 kilometers west is along Margao. Colva is one of the most popular beaches amongst Indian and foreigner tourists.



Colva beach is one of the most romantic beaches in Goa. April onwards tourists enjoys live music, dance and entertainment at the beach. There are plenty of beaches, restaurents and hotels near Colva beach.



Colva beach is famous for the lady of Mercy church which contains the statue of baby Jesus. It was built in 1951 and was built again in 18th century.
The beach is located at 8 kilometers from Margao, 40 kilometers from the capital of the state Panaji and 68 kilometers from Dabolim Airport. The closest Railway Station is Margao.
